  • * You’re never charged for our prep time, no matter how much time we spend in advance!

STEP 5Discussion

Email / online / telephonic discussion with you
To confirm the interpretation environment, timing and duration of breaks, lunch, precautions, etc.

STEP 6Day of the assignment

  • Provision of the final presentation materials, and script or memo that you use
  • Short discussion with the presenter(s) (Clarification of questions, content and change in slides, joke, quotes, proper nouns, explanation of interpretation format)
  • Feedback from you
  • Settlement of charges, Payment in bar (No cheques accepted), issuance of a receipt

STEP 7Invoice (when required) / Payment
